A patient's or parent's concerns and desires are our highest priority! Your first visit to our office will begin with an assessment of what YOU desire from orthodontic treatment. We will then discuss the concerns of your dentist. Dr. Sellke or Dr. Reily will evaluate you or your child's orthodontic needs and the ideal time to initiate correction. A discussion will follow to ensure that you fully understand all aspects of the problems and solutions with an eye toward addressing your desires and your concerns. We recommend that both parents attend their child's first visit to our office. It is very informative and it gives us all an opportunity to get acquainted.

If this is the proper time to address the orthodontic problems, we will be ready to initiate the most advanced orthodontic diagnosis in Northern Illinois. Better yet, we can save you a trip by beginning treatment immediately as well! We respect that your time is valuable.

While your child is having complete diagnostic records taken, our treatment coordinator will develop with you an affordable payment plan for treatment. She will also help you arrange future appointments that fit your busy schedule.

After your first appointment, we utilize Lake County's first and only computer driven diagnostic system capable of accurately projecting facial growth to maturity and the effects of our proposed treatment plan. This sophisticated approach toward treatment planning (Zerobase©) allows us to "begin with the end in mind" as we refine and individualize the treatment plan of each patient.
